Skills:
Experience with Contact Center Technology
Excellent knowledge in ICM scripting
Hands on experience in UCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise)
Knowledge of Cisco Product Suite – Call Manager (CUCM), Voice Gateways and
related products
Experience in configuring the Cisco Unified CVP VXML solution for Cisco
Unified CVP
Experience in configuring ICM PGs and CTI components used in a UCCE
environment
