Job Title : *Content Management Lead*
Location : Any US city, REMOTE Position
Duration : 12+months
The *Content Management Lead* will be responsible to lead the migration of
HR policy and related content to the new SF solution.
*Job Discription :*
*Duties will include:*
Provide subject matter expertise in Content management and administration
in a Success Factors HCM environment leveraging Jam. The Content
Management Lead will provide direction to enable an employee/manager
self-service portal with related HR policy/HR content.
Responsible for the client and team management including proactive value
creation activities.
Serve as a resource for the team who may execute individually-assigned
tasks.
Recommends options or solutions that meet a client’s needs and desired
functionality
Selects the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client
requirements
Lead work streams in a larger program and directing the work of staff
Articulates and frames business problems and solutions as appropriate for
all client audiences
Identifies and solves problems using analysis, experience, and judgment
*Position Requirements:*
· Minimum of 2 years consulting and/or implementation experience in
a HCM SAAS/ technical consulting and certifications in multiple SAP Success
Factors modules such as Jam or Performance Management
· HR content management administration and development experience
· Working knowledge of web solutions for content management
(SharePoint, Open Text, etc.)
· Proven client facing and communication skills
