We would like someone with an OCM background but not necessarily in
Prosci.  Some kind of OCM methodology experience is preferred.  We are
looking for a Strategy Analyst which is not a pure OCM resource. It has
additional skills/experience such as communication, marketing, training,
etc.

*Job Description/Responsibilities*
The Strategy Analyst ensures the realization of the IT Strategy, from
definition through implementation. The role works across the organization,
identifying issues and opportunities, forming hypotheses, conducting
analysis, structuring strategic initiatives and supporting implementation.
The role plays an important organizational integration role, providing
facilitation, communication and training. The Strategy Analyst delivers key
IT transformation initiatives through organizational change management
planning, coaching and execution. The role is responsible for the delivery
of cross‐functional communications, utilizing various channels, including
the TSM SharePoint site.

*Key responsibilities include:*

   - Support the execution of communication and change plans by preparing
   materials for employee‐facing managers and business leaders
   - Perform impact assessments: Identify potential people‐side change
   risks and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns
   - Measure effectiveness of change management by regularly evaluating
   program successes, opportunities and risks, as well as incorporating
   feedback / lessons learned
   - Develop communication content (writing, review, editing, QA, etc.),
   such as CIO communications,
   - Transformation change management communications, and employee webcasts
   - Manage web‐based mechanism for employees and contractors to
   communicate problems and issues to BTS management, receive and respond to
   web‐based communications
   - Apply a structured change management approach to develop and implement
   actionable plans
   - Develop and deliver training in support of strategic initiatives
   - Apply process improvement and change management methodologies,
   communication planning, organizational readiness assessments and
   stakeholder analyses
   - Act as a change agent to implement and manage best practices across
   the IT organization
   - Coordinate training, curriculum assignment and scheduling for the
   impacted resources
   - Provide event planning, meeting design and coordination and
   facilitation of events
   - Support the creation and preparation of reporting and formulation of
   analytics in support of strategic goals
   - Provide recommendations on key performance measures, work with the
   performance team to define longterm tracking mechanisms
   - Establish a metric/performance reporting approach; design and deploy
   an IT performance reporting process and tool
   - Produce high‐quality standard reports, presentations, and scorecards
   relating to performance on a regular basis or ad hoc
   - Monitor and evaluate IT delivery performance showing comparisons of
   cost, productivity, and quality between internal baseline and external
   provision of the same services to assist with future sourcing decisions and
   strategies
   - Deliver a periodic business partner satisfaction survey process

*Requirements/Qualifications*

   - A bachelor's degree is required; preferred field of study in
   Organizational Change Management, Behavioral Economics, Communications,
   Marketing, Organizational Psychology, IT-related area, Business or related
   - 10+ years of experience with Strategic Planning and Change Management
   Methodology and executing communications for organization change management
   in an IT environment
   - Experience in a research and analysis role with a focus on techniques
   for collecting requirements from stakeholders
   - Ability to write effective messages clearly and succinctly in a
   variety of communication settings and styles which reflect the personality
   of the person that will be delivering the message
   - Proven experience creating a compelling and inspired vision of
   direction and purpose that is sharable by everyone, ability to influence
   others to move toward a common vision or goal
   - Hands on creation of mileposts and symbols to rally support behind the
   vision
   - Strong group facilitation and teaming skills
   - Hands on experience turning working session notes into high‐quality
   deliverables
   - Experience with training development/delivery; requirements
   definition, building and delivering learning solutions
   - Knowledge of process design, re‐engineering, and/or organizational
   transformation
   - Functional outsourcing knowledge, and project and financial management
   experience
   - Experience in standard project management techniques, technologies,
   and methodology
   - Process excellence accreditation/experience (Six Sigma, Lean, TOC,
   TQM, etc.)
   - Problem determination (experience in root cause analysis) and problem
   resolution skills
   - Ability to work in an advisory capacity to communicate issues, develop
   and evaluate alternative action plans, and make recommendations
   - Knowledge of all aspects of the IT functional areas and process
   - Demonstrated ability to operate in a highly sensitive environment
   ensuring protection of confidential and private information
   - Experience with Organizational Change Management Methodologies like
   PROSCI - ADKAR® is desireable
   - A solid understanding of the Plan-Do-Study-Act (Continuous Improvement
   mindset), voice of the customer and culture
   - Use/practice of Learning & Development strategies for IT end-user
   communities in addition the content listed in the description.
   - Experience with Plan / Build / Run Operational Model / concepts
   - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to
   communicate and build relationships with all levels of associates in the
   organization – verbal and written.
   - Expert in gaining organizational alignment across multiple functions
   - Ability to facilitate complex discussions and meetings with people at
   all levels of the organization
