Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the project plan to time and budget
Ensure all IS (including Partner) plans and budgets are aligned with the
Project objectives
Ensure Diageo Standards, Methods, Tools, Governance process and Risk
Management are embedded for their Project
Chairs Project Team meetings and represents Project at Bag/LIM meetings as
appropriate
Responsible for overall management of Project Delivery , including overall
conformance to acceptance/exit criteria for each phase and transition point
deliverables
Bring clarity to the big issues and ensure that the Project Resources are
deployed effectively to aid resolution
Provide technical / leadership to resources, program Leadership Team and
BAG/LIM groups
Be the ambassador for the Project
Ensure CARM compliance throughout project
Provide support to Business Acceptance Groups ensuring transfer of
knowledge of process changes and best practice execution
