• Test data planning and delivery at an organization level
• Define test data strategy at an organization level.
• Formulate the right TDM solution and tooling strategy
• Risk mitigation and escalation management
• Team capacity planning and creation (define target team size and mix)
• Recruiting, mentoring and retaining talent
• Direct input into setting strategic direction for the space
Must have skills
1. Thorough understanding of 2 of these tools
• IBM- Infosphere Optim
• Informatica -Information Lifecycle Management (ILM)
• CA ( Grid-Tools) - Data finder
• HP Test Data Manager
2. Thorough understanding on test data management, understanding of
leading tools, good experience of working in one or two TDM tools.
3. Technical: ETL, DB development/testing, SQL, Teradata, Quality Center,
Macros, Excel/Access, PowerPoint
Nice to have skills
Exceptional communication skills
Strong coordination and collaboration skills with external teams
