Should have led mid size teams (4 to 15) in both onshore & offshore. Should have exposure in Oracle ATG(BCC, Endeca) and Manhattan OMS - User Interfaces. Should have working experience in HP ALM, HP Quality Center, SQL queries. Very strong in communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi vendor environment. Should have self drive to identify process improvements and strong negotiation skill to implement the changes across other vendors / customer support groups. Strong experience in Onsite/Offshore working model, team player & be flexible. *Desirable Functional Skills* 1) Should be able to create Test Strategy, Test Plans, review of business Use Cases and End to End Scenarios. 2) Should have working knowledge of UI testing.
