*Job Title: Application Support Analyst*
*Location: San Antonio, TX *
*Duration: Long Term*

Job Description:
The Application Support Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting
multiple functional rich high availability business applications and highly
demanding business users. Additional responsibilities include but not
limited to trouble-shooting complex issues, managing critical incidents and
bridge calls, problem analysis, process improvement, automating repetitive
tasks, maintaining knowledge base and documentation.

Work Time: 06:00am to 03:00pm PST

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience supporting multiple complex applications.
Experience in supporting the business users.
At least 2 years of experience with UNIX and vi editor.
At least 2 years of experience writing SQL
Excellent verbal, email communication and documentation skills.
Excellent analytical, problems-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment are must

Nice to have:
1) 2 years Autosys/Batch support experience
2) ITIL understanding (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change
Management)
3) Experience with PowerCenter, JAWS, and BMC Remedy
4) 2 years financial Industry experience (preferably supporting
front-office or back-office applications)
5) 2 years of experience supporting Java or .NET based applications
