6-7+ years IT work experience
Experience with MS SQL Server
Experience with Windows operating system
MS Office; intermediate skills with Word, Excel, Power Point and Access
*Preferred Experience:*
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Previous experience in insurance, financial services or management
consulting
Operational, service and technical knowledge in multiple IT disciplines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong scripting skills as relevant to DBA functions and activities
