*ILTI Technical Business Analyst (University/College)* *On-Site in Oakland, CA (Local to Bay Area)* *Duration; 9 months+* This business analyst will work very closely with technical and program leadership for the project, with data architects both centrally and at the campuses to identify, clarify, and update existing documentation regarding system business rules, data requirements, and various system component states as each of the participating campuses come online. The business analyst will also produce system operations documentation that addresses system governance, policy management, process management, service level agreements, and operational guidelines for the system. The business analyst should be comfortable working with project stakeholders to identify process improvements and best practices associated with these operational processes. This individual should have experience working on similar projects to help identify and document technical business requirements, align requirements and design, and create operational documentation for an enterprise level system. *Job Requirements * · Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. · At least 8 years demonstrated success in business analysis in large, complex technical settings or university/college setting using best practice and standard business analyst’s tools and techniques. · Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and experience applying these skills to resolve complex business process and application design considerations. · Proven strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with multi-functional/cross-functional teams and varying levels of management. · Ability to communicate technical systems and processes etc. in documentation to a non-technical audience. · Experience writing Use cases, developing swim lanes and business process flows. · Experience working on projects as a business analyst involving IT many different applications for a large organization.
