*Phone Hire * *Client: ONE Gas (natural gas industry)* *Length: Estimated 6 months with potential to go longer* *Location: Tulsa, OK* *Start: Immediate * *.NET/CRM Developer for ONE Gas* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Work collaboratively with the CRM Implementation team to design and develop users’ requests by leveraging the company’s existing CRM 2015 solution. · Develop new web resources, business rules, workflows, reports, advanced finds, entities, and other CRM activities. · Troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues · Responsible for administering and maintaining the CRM system to support the work for a defined technology initiative. · Provide assistance with defining requirements, solutions, options and level of effort for new CRM initiatives. · Work closely with the IT Customer Support team to ensure that support activities related to the CRM are coordinated in such a way that they do not impact ongoing CRM technology initiatives. · Document existing CRM activities and processes as needed. · Automate processes as appropriate. · May need to assist with maintenance and updates to existing .Net applications that integrate with the CRM. · May need to assist with new or existing data integration initiatives that uses SQL Server 2014 and Simego (Data migration and integration tool) · Effectively manage workload and time between user requests and project work based on organizational priorities. · Other duties as assigned by the CRM team lead.
