Teradata BTEQ, Unix Shell Scripting experience- MUST-Preferred Teradata
Certified
ü Infomatica Hands on – MUST
ü CSG and AMDOC billing - very good to have
ü Cable or Telecom industry data warhorse etl development exp (e.g. Worked
at TWC, Cable Vision, Charter Communication etc.) - very good to have
ü + Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Hbase, Mapreduce – Good to have.
ü Hands on experience in performance tuning of Teradata EDW production
environments, especially tuning large and complex SQLs
ü Good proficiency with writing and analyzing SQL queries
ü Work with application implementation teams to design and implement best
practices for SQL code, object creation, minimizing data skew, PPI selection
ü Teradata certification desirable
ü Has experience in leading teams in both Dev and Support projects
ü Excellent understanding of data warehousing concepts
ü Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
Should be strong in technical and No fake !
