? Minimum of 12 years of overall software development experience, including
at least 4 to 5 years of good architect experience on large scale projects .
? Deep and demonstrated understanding of software architecture principles

? Solid understanding and proven ability with SharePoint 2010/2013, Office
365 / SharePoint Online, Web parts, Visual Studio, AJAX, SQL Server, Web
services, SharePoint Designer, SharePoint features, Visual Studio, ASP.NET.
? Deep knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack with demonstrated
expertise on the SharePoint platform and experience with enterprise
projects on SharePoint , .Net and Java
? Experience with Central Administration, MySites, Lists, Content types,
workflows, web parts, etc.
? In-depth knowledge on understanding of web services (.Net and Java),
Excel service and other services which are either SOAP / JSON based
? Great Experience on Front End web Frameworks like Angular JS with rich
experience on HTML5 and CSS
? Experience with creation and modification of master/layout pages, web
parts and other components.
? Relevant working experience including expertise in ?Enterprise
Architecture? consulting skills such as interviewing stakeholders,
conducting architecture reviews, and consensus building.
? Professional and consultative mindset with commitment for excellent
customer service.
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
? Ability to come up with creative solutions for ambiguous problems and
learn quickly.
? Experience in architecting large scale integration projects.
? Develop and implement a variety of SharePoint centric solutions using
Sharepoint 2013.
? Web Content Management (e.g. Intranet, Internet) solutions creation using
C#.Net and Java.
? Collaboration (e.g. Team/OneDrive/Yammer) solutions architecting using
Microsoft platform tools.
? Business process management (e.g. workflow, web forms) solutions
architecting using PEGA and Sharepoint .
? Good Experience on Web architecting using HTML, CSS and Java Script
Frameworks including Angular JS , Bootstrap for both Desktop, Tablet and
Mobile.
? Good Architect experience on using ESB (Mule ESB) for integration of
different point to point applications.
? Recommend best-in-class solution architecture identifying functional as
well non-functional parameters.
? Act as a senior technical resource at client locations and guide the
project teams as well as customers on important technological decisions and
ensure smooth and top-quality delivery of projects.
? Participate in design, code, test reviews cycles.
? Provide detailed architecture analysis and design, and direction on
development activities.
? Provide documentation on all architecture decisions and best practice
approaches to architecture design implementation based on communication
with project teams.
? Provide leadership in gaining insight on functional and non-functional
requirements related to technical delivery of projects.
? Creation of prototypes, POCs, presentations, collateral, etc.
? Design and development of enterprise applications on the Microsoft
platform, ESB Platform and Web Platform.
? Work as both an individual contributor and team member on projects.
