QA Manager
Evaluating client needs we suggest that the candidate have at least the
following:
Manage full time and contract resource and interview/evaluate team
additions.
Handle multiple overlapping deliveries and handle ad-hoc issues as they
arise
Be able to adapt to current company culture while applying new best
practices and controls
Define and mange Environment, Dataset and Test Cases for SIT and UAT
scenarios
Provide project estimates and manage schedule and resources
Implementation and usage of HP ALM
Set up a Test Center of Excellence
3+ year’s minimum QA Manager experience
7+ year’s minimum of test experience
