Specific responsibilities include: · Responsible for validating Functional and Non functional requirements for the proposed Billing Solution. Validate use cases, user stories or other requirements documentation requested by the project manager and reviews with end users the appropriateness of the same for the proposed solution Participates in the Application Development Lifecycle for the approved solution and helps ensure the technical solution developed meets user needs. · Reviews change requests and enhancements to ensure appropriateness and overall application consistency and assists with development, testing, deployment and user acceptance testing of all enhancements and change requests.
