This is a long term assignment in support of Ahold HR/Payroll Systems in
the area of payroll and HR processing.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of payroll and HR development and production
support experience.
Strong functional knowledge of HR/Payroll
Solid application support experience for any HR/Payroll application
3-5 years of experience in IT industry on IBM Mainframes in the areas of
IMS, CICS, COBOL, VSAM, JCL & DB2 application development and maintenance.
2-3 years experience in Payroll and H/R experience.
Exposure to the full cycle of software development including Requirements
Analysis, Program Design, Development, Unit testing, System Testing,
Integrated Testing, Maintenance and Documentation.
Sound analytical and problem solving skills with a good exposure to the key
facets of leading teams to meet set objectives
Works with the onsite – offshore model and managed technical teams. Main
responsibilities include client expectation management, understanding of
client requirements, provide estimations and cost effective solutions.
Good user communication ability and debugging skills
