5+ years’ of project management experience, including Unified
Communications deployment;
3+ years’ experience with PM applications, e.g. MS Project
Experience in Telephony migrations
Experience managing site migrations from a legacy voice environment to a
Unified Communications telephony environment (this is most important
skillset)
Mastery of PM principles, e.g., PMI, PMBOK, etc.
Experience with advanced voice technologies and concepts, including unified
communications (preferably Cisco call manager implementations), call center
environments, messaging platforms (including Lync), and paging systems
(especially hospital paging systems)
Strong ability to lead, manage, and coordinate complex teams on a local and
national scale
Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively and efficiently
express point-of-views and direction to both technical and management level
Strong analytical skills; sound judgment skills using factual data to form
opinions
Demonstrated innovation / creativity skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Self-driven individual that takes initiative on his own; a go-getter
Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking abilities
Strong crisis management skills
