*Location:* *HARTFORD (CT)*
*Work Location: 6 Months (extension possible)*
*Interview: Phone/ Skype *
*Years of Experience: 8+*
*Note: We need Photo visa copy (H1b)*
*Required Experience and Technical Skills*:
? At least 6 years of experience in web focus :
? Responsible for designing, developing, and testing Web FOCUS reports.
? Must have technical background to gather technical requirements from the
business, make recommendations and drive the reporting development process.
? WebFOCUS Dashboard Design & Development
? Front-end design and Visualization best practices
? Analyzes requested reporting requirements and proposes solutions
? Develops alternative solutions as appropriate and reviews with the
Manger/business areas.
? Performs reporting program development and testing to meet business
requirements for new development and maintenance
? Develops/Creates data sources to connect to the databases to retrieve
required data efficiently.
? Prepares prototypes of screens and reports for common understanding and
agreement
? Hands-on development mentality, with a willingness to troubleshoot and
solve complex problems
? Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
? Experience in Insurance domain
? Strong analytical skills
? Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
