*Job Descriptions:*

·         8 to 10 years of experience in Performance testing

·         Expertise and good hands on in using HP Load Runner and
Performance Center

·          Expertise in devising Performance test strategy and Test Plan

·          Must have a good expertise and hands on in devising work load
models and implementing them (Very Important)

·          Expertise in creating and running Load Runner scripts including
the ability to correlate and parameterize scripts.

·          Expertise in using performance testing monitoring tools and
consolidating the results.

·          Good knowledge in Unix/Windows

·          Good knowledge in Linux, Weblogic Application Server, Oracle and
other RDBMS

·          Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with
globally spread team.

·          Capable enough to guide a team and handle the clients as
required.
