ideal candidate is an agile evangelist with a history of managing teams and
projects in software development and infrastructure deparements. Experience
with various project managemennt frameworks and methodlogies (Scrum. Lean,
Kanban, etc... along with taditional approaches) and the ability to
effectively communicate with technical and non- technical teams are keys to
successfully gaining credibility and achieving the desired results.
Essential Duties & responsibilities: You are clever, curious, passionate
and not happy unless you are getting things done. You want to work in a
environment where software engineers are allowed and expected to thrive.
You have experience in working with Agile/ Lean approaches and you
understand the difference between being Agile/ Lean and doing Agile/ Lean.
You are excited by the prospect of working in a dynamic, collaborative,
transparent, non- hierarchical, and ego free culture. You understand the
value of continuous improvement botha as an individual contributor and as a
member of a high performing team. You build strong relationships and are
comfortable working with individuals at every level of the organisation
while effectively settign & managing expectations. You are a problem solver
