*Mandatory Skills:*
- Technical expertise centered around .NET application design and
development for a variety of agency critical applications/systems.
- Specialization in solution architecture, including design and
implementation of .NET solutions.
- Successful development and maintenance of formal strategies, technical
standards, reference architectures, and .NET architecture patterns.
- Provide guidance and support to other analysts and specialist
developers
- Create reference projects and constructs to be reused as standards
across other applications.
- Successful completion of enterprise wide .NET projects including web
applications, REST and SOAP webservices, MVC, Web API, LINQ, ORMs, Unity
etc.
- Architect and Design security in enterprise portals and across all
applications accessed via portal through single sign on.
- Expertise in Oracle backend design and development.
- Analyzing and estimating feasibility and compatibility of solutions
and provide guidance so decision on design and architecture are made.
- Conducting industry and market research of technologies and general
themes in assigned architecture areas
