Position: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6-12+ Months
Interview: Phone/Skype hire
Skills Needed:
" Strong Techno-Functional experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
" Experience with managing requests for employee information within human
capital management system, functional analysis, design, and system
configuration. Liaison between customer base and work closely with other
teams like Benefits, Payroll and HRIT. Coordinates all levels of system and
user testing and acceptance. Customer support - using the application
efficiently, troubleshooting, communications.
" Ability to provide application integration knowledge among the various
applications modules (ex. HR, Benefits, Payroll, Self-Service
applications).Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, etc.
" Experience with PL/SQL
" Experience with Oracle EBS HCM
" Experience with HR processes, data structure and system configuration
" Self-Service application awareness
" Experience with MS-Project, MS-Office, MS Visio
" Excellent verbal and written communication skills
" Any migration experience from PeopleSoft HCM to Oracle Fusion HCM will be
a huge plus
