*Job Title: Senior Data Analyst with Data Governance/ Profiling *

*Job Description*

   - Utilize SQL and native RDBMS, Access to pull, organize and prepare
   analytics data, reports and statistical models.
   - Understand data models and data structures for data management and
   data automation.
   - Interact with team members to understand business processes and
   technical processes. Gather, formulate and analyze data to assist with
   planning and decision making.
   - Works with main clients and business leaders to identify analytical
   requirements.
   - Package analytical results into presentations and effectively
   communicate findings to a non-technical audience.
   - Verify accuracy and look for discrepancies in system data.

*Qualifications Basic:*

   - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited
   institution.
   - 4+ years of experience in IT industry.
   - Prior experience in Banking and familiarity with banking terminologies
   - Strong knowledge in SQL IS A MUST WITH PROVEN EXPERIENCE in using
   large databases.
   - Strong organization skills with attention to detail is a must.
   - Experience in data management, data governance, profiling, data
   quality, data automation and development of information standards.
   - Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
   - Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously with ability to
   effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment.

*Job Title: Oracle R12 CRM Functional Consultant *
*Duration: 6 Months *

*Job Description*

   - Experience of several Oracle EBS R12 upgrade, implementation and
   support projects.
   - A minimum of 7 Years of experience working extensively on the
   following R12 Oracle CRM modules.


   1. Oracle Service Contracts
   2. Oracle Field Service
   3. Oracle Tele-service
   4. Oracle Install Base
   5. Oracle Customer Support
   6. Oracle Sales Intelligence
   7. Oracle Depot Repair
   8. Oracle Sales
   9. Oracle ASO Service
   10. Oracle Service


   - Sound understanding of other EBS modules which interact with the CRM
   modules like Accounts Receivables, Order Management, Inventory etc.
   - Ability to author excellent customer facing artifacts like Functional
   Design Documents, Test Scripts, Configuration Documents etc
   - Excellent communication and relationship building skills with business
   users, development teams, third party vendors and system administrators.
   - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
   - Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
   - Participate in Knowledge Transition sessions with the Business Users
   to understand the As Is business process flows
   - Update Functional Design Documents, Configuration Documents as needed.
   - Prepare SIT and UAT test scripts.
   - Analyze and provide solutions to the defects raised during SIT,UAT and
   post Go-live support period. Work with the development team to get the
   defects fixed and deployed.
   - Perform the needed configurations for the CRM modules during SIT, UAT
   and cut-over.
   - Prepare end-to-end business process training material and deliver the
   training to the business users.
   - Post go live, conduct transition sessions, for the CRM business
   processes, with the client EBS support team
   - Provide functional support to the development team, as needed,
   throughout the project duration.
   - Liaise with the end-users to understand their concerns and provide
   meaningful solutions, as and when needed.
