*Duration of the Assignment:*02 months confirmed, extendable upto 4 months

To provide Customer Support for MS Office upgrade at client  site

*i.e. Negotiating, client facing, communication, assertive, team
leading/team member skills, supportive.*

*Key responsibilities *(please specify if the position is an individual one
or part of a team):

·       Provide Customer Support for MS Office upgrade
·       Interact with customer face to face to understand their issues and
provide resolution
·       Escalate to Infrastructure Support in case issues cannot be
resolved at first level
·       Monitor and respond to queries on Client collaboration platform
·       Work in tandem with the team members based at other client
locations as well as at offshore



*Key Skills/Knowledge:*

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
·       Excellent communication skills with ability to understand issues
and provide resolution to IT and Non IT audiences
·       Capable of driving discussions with senior level colleagues in IT
and non-IT (including senior VPs)
·       Proficient in use of collaboration platform
·       Previous experience of life sciences will be preferable

*Experience required: *5-7 years
