*Qualifications:*
· 5+ years of Test Management experience
· Proven track record of managing large and complex testing projects
· Strong understanding of testing techniques, methodologies and
processes
· Good understanding of Test Automation
· Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
· Strong stakeholder management skills across Technology and Business
· Should have managed a 10+ member team
· Strong operational and financial management
· Good people management skills
· Experience managing remote teams (permanent + vendor) is must
· Experience in Financial Services would be preferred
· Experience with Fund Services Applications and processes would be
preferred
· Exposure to Agile methodologies would be plus
