· Provide clear guidance, and facilitate two-way discussions with
Business Lines for:
ü Proactively communicating IT Changes and potential impacts
ü Coordinating technical changes or implementations that requires customer
participation
• Network changes (e.g. ip addresses, firewalls, etc)
• Platform Changes
• Interface Changes
• New Interfaces
ü Assist Project Team with UAT plan development and socialize plan with
Business Lines
ü Plan and coordinate the scheduling and execution of User Acceptance
Testing with customers
ü Support End-Users with UAT Execution and escalate issues to project team
ü Compiling status updates from Business Lines with regards to customer
changes, and impacts
ü Coordinating Axalta changes requested by Business Lines on behalf of
their customers
ü Consistently present cohesive view of customer interactions/issues/tests
to ITLT
