Job Description:
• Must have experience with leading team of 10+
• Must have experience with Agile and scrum methodologies
• Must have 5+ years of experience in leading the team with in "BI" space
preferably with Microsoft SQL Server BI
• Excellent with Data Warehousing & data mart Concepts
• Should have experience with data modelling and data warehouse design
• Strong requirement gathering and analytical skills with the ability to
collect, organize and analyze information with attention to detail and
accuracy
• Excellent SQL & Excel skills for analysis, understanding data,
troubleshoot data mismatches and comparison
• Experience in Cosmos and Scope language is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Experience working within a geographically-dispersed team
• Experience working across multiple groups and teams
• Heavy customer facing experience. Should be able to work in agile manner
with the customer & stakeholders
• Excellent Communication skills
• Good Presentation Skills
Desirable Technical Skills
• Experience in leading team on reporting, SSRS and SSIS is a plus
• Experience with Adobe SiteCatalyst, DAX (Digital Analytix) or similar
enterprise analytics system is a plus
• Previous experience working with Microsoft.
• Passion to drive improvement in the overall customer experience
• Customer focused
• Be self-critical and have an accountable work approach
