Can you give me your top three skills in the order of importance and include the number of years of experience for each skill? * Experience installing, maintaining, configuring & troubleshooting complex voice network, infrastructure and applications specific to Cisco and Oracle products. – 4 years * 3+ experience operating and maintaining Cisco ICM, Cisco CVP and UCCE infrastructure. * 3+ years experience configuring and maintaining the Oracle SBC, ASC, & EOM. 1. What are the three top technology tools that this resource must have knowledge using? * Cisco ICM/cvp/UCCE * SIP * Oracle SBC/ASC 1. What are the responsibilities that this resource will have on a day to day basis? * Proactively performs the full range of maintenance voice and video (s), infrastructure, and applications; adheres to USAA rigor and established guidelines. * Performs system monitoring, daily checks, corrective action, system refreshes, hardware replacements, software upgrades, and application modifications. * Performs troubleshooting at a complex level, identifying root cause, return to service, mitigation plans, and creates/documents procedures. * Evaluates, analyzes, installs, tests, configures, and administers voice and video network(s), infrastructure, and applications as well as providing a full range of testing, administration, and quality checks. * Works availability shifts, which may start at 6AM and include Saturdays Details: JOB DUTIES * Proactively performs the full range of maintenance voice and video (s), infrastructure, and applications; adheres to USAA rigor and established guidelines. * Performs system monitoring, daily checks, corrective action, system refreshes, hardware replacements, software upgrades, and application modifications. * Performs troubleshooting at a complex level, identifying root cause, return to service, mitigation plans, and creates/documents procedures. * Evaluates, analyzes, installs, tests, configures, and administers voice and video network(s), infrastructure, and applications as well as providing a full range of testing, administration, and quality checks. * Works availability shifts, which may start at 6AM and include Saturdays Minimum Requirements * 4+ years of experience in a technical capacity supporting a voice network and infrastructure. * Experience installing, maintaining, configuring & troubleshooting complex voice network, infrastructure and applications specific to Cisco and Oracle products. Preferred * 3+ years experience working in a 5,000 Agent environment. * 3+ experience operating and maintaining Cisco ICM, Cisco CVP and UCCE infrastructure. * 3+ years experience integrating Cisco ICM with Third Party Solutions (ex.
