· Hands-on experience and familiarization in Service Now ticketing
and management system
· Cisco Routers, Switches and ASA Firewalls management,
configuration and administration
· Hands-on experience and familiarization in Solarwinds monitoring
and alerting system
· Hands-on experience and familiarization in Open Source Cacti
monitoring and alerting system
· Understand and familiar with TCP/IP addressing scheme, default
gateways, subnet masking, DNS
· Perform basic network troubleshooting - Ping, TraceRouter, ICMP,
TTL
· Understand, perform and interpret network packet traces
· Perform DNS administration, configuration and management
· Familiar in Visio drawings
· Required CheckPoint CCSA
· Required Cisco CCNA
