*Job Title: SharePoint Engineer * *Company: Commonwealth of MA * *location : Chelsea MA , Must need local* *Interview: Onsite* *Duration:8+ Months * *Position Summary:* *MassIT is looking for an experienced Premier Field Engineer to drive customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption and support of Microsoft's Business Productivity solutions using SharePoint Online (O365) and SharePoint Server 2013 Enterprise technologies to assist in creating On-Premises, Hybrid or Cloud based implementations for our customers across the commonwealth. The primary product focus and responsibility will pertain to support of Microsoft's Business Productivity technologies with specific emphasis in the following areas: * *• Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013SharePoint Online* *• Hybrid SharePoint Deployment: Configuration and Administration* *• SharePoint Integration with Skype for Business, Lync 2013 and Exchange 2013 * *The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of development experience with SharePoint version ranging from 2007-2013 and possess a strong aptitude with the ability to lead in-depth technology discussions, articulating the business value of Microsoft Business Productivity solutions and advising customers on the integration of complex infrastructures in high availability scenarios. This individual must be able to drive support-consulting engagements, write technical communications and work effectively with our partners and customers to help make their infrastructure solutions successful. This individual must also be able to listen for and recognize scenarios where the customer needs may require complimentary solutions and be able to partner with Premier and Sales to drive successful customer outcomes. * *Responsibilities include:* *• Act as the primary onsite technical contact, providing customer visibility, advanced technical support and problem resolution for commonwealth customers, including issues escalated to the highest levels of management.* *• Provide on-site & remote technical solutions to complex integration problems associated with business solutions built using Microsoft SharePoint Server 2007-2013 or Hybrid deployments integrated with SharePoint Online for Microsoft enterprise customers* *• Develop and implement strategies for providing facilitative support resulting in fewer incidents, increased availability, or accelerated deployments* *• Utilizing knowledge of the customer environment, deliver timely and high quality solutions to customer problems and requests focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, knowledge transfer, and opportunity generation.* *• Offer exceptional customer service through an ability to manage challenging technical issues by setting customer expectations, devising and implementing action plans.* *• Ability to manage customer escalations/sub-cases and work under pressure.* *• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications, analytical and presentation skills. * *• Experience delivering and/or authoring technical training. * *Qualifications include:* *• Experience focusing on large or complex Enterprise class infrastructures requiring creative and complex solutions.* *• The ability to lead all aspects of the technical discussion by facilitating the customer's understanding of the product / solution through presentations, demonstrations, proof of concepts, deployments and troubleshooting and support.* *• Demonstrated support throughout the product life cycle and developed / managed references through high quality technical and professional client and stakeholder relationships ensuring customer satisfaction.* *• Exhibit deep technical familiarity with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server 2007-2013 and Microsoft Office Client* *• Experience as a resourceful problem-solver, leveraging internal partner resources in assigned customers leveraging other business areas as required.* *Education/Certifications:* *• A BA/BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering fields is preferred along with 5+ years of relevant experience or comparable professional experience. * *-- * *Thanks & Regards* *Ranjith* *Ph:(925) 973-0000 x 232(Off) * *Email: ranj...@allianceit.com <ranj...@allianceit.com>* -- -- *************************************************************************************** For all SAP related tutorials,Articles,Faqs,Tips www.sapbrainsonline.com **************************************************************************************** You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "sapbrains" group.
