*Skillset PMP Certified, Agile, Scrum BPM(Pega) or Java Technology*
*Key Competencies: *
*The Project Manager is responsible for overall technology and solutions
delivery across multiple teams for custom deployment projects.*
*This role establishes and implements agile processes and methodologies to
ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business and
quality expectations.*
*This person serves as the primary point of contact for
cross-organizational stake holders engaged on the project.*
*Skills: *
*Minimum 12+ years Industry Experience.*
*Must have 5-7 years of experience in project management.*
*Must have at least 7 years of experience in software development.*
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment, on multiple projects
concurrently.*
*Knowledge in development and coding.*
*Understand and facilitate solution delivery with minimum technical
knowledge.*
*Track record of timelines, milestones and deliverable.*
*Action-oriented, Agile in approach.*
*Experience in handling projects right from requirement gathering to till
deployment.*
*Experience working with and managing across functional resources and
various vendors.*
*Experience working both with remote customers and remote development
teams.*
*Thorough knowledge on SDLC process with good oral/written communication
skills.*
*Must work under pressure.*
*Preferred Technical Skills: *
*Experience / Knowledge in any of the BPM(Pega/Appian) Technology*
*Academic Qualifications: *
*Any graduation is fine*
