*Follows the DPH ACIO’s analyst processes based upon the PMI’s competence
of standards.*
*Consults with each Program’s Business to identify, define and document
business needs and objectives for Program’s IT projects.*
*Work with the Businesses in the preparation of proposals to develop new
systems.*
*Participants in vendor-led JAD sessions, elicits and documents detailed
requirements for applications.*
*Creates the standard documentation required by the EOHHS PMO for IT
projects.*
*Attends meetings with teams such as IT Architecture, Release Management,
etc. to help represent the needs of the business.*
*Identifies opportunities for improving and streamlining IT processes as
well as eliminating security risks (compliance).*
*Qualifications*
*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems,
Information Management or equivalent work experience*
*+3 years of experience in business analysis and requirements gathering*
*Demonstrated ability to gather and document requirements and create use
cases.*
*Experience working in a PMO environment*
*Project Portfolio Management experience*
*Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies*
