Lead System Architect – Create functional design, construct class hierarchy
and object models, define test strategy.
Support the high level scope and objectives of the assignments as dictated
by MasterCard BPMS management.
Understand the process of the function in scope to help enable business as
usual support plus quality oversight including guardrail compliance and
other best practices depending on MasterCard management priorities.
Pega Consulting to provide team (hybrid onshore / offshore) to provide
overall project execution and direction for implementation of Pega 7.2
platform with use of Smart Dispute Strategic Application 7.21 inclusive of
work on design, build, unit testing and defect remediation for application
delivery into production use.
PEGA – LSA
1. Description of the Services. Contractor agrees to provide the following
services (“Services”):
i) Pega Consulting to provide team (hybrid onshore / offshore) to provide
overall project execution and direction for implementation of Pega 7.2
platform with use of Smart Dispute Strategic Application 7.21 inclusive of
work on design, build, unit testing and defect remediation for application
delivery into production use.
ii) Project will be focused on the development and implementation of the
Dispute Handling solution which includes:
(1) A Smart Dispute Based Application Solution that will use an
architectural / deployment model with a goal of allowing MasterCard to
onboard multiple clients for their MPTS line of business.
(2) Initial specifications will be built to retain as much out of the box
Smart Dispute as possible.
(3) Onsite work will primarily be configuring the out of the box the
solution as well as additional processes that are specific to MasterCard’s
needs and not planned for the SD Framework plus necessary integration,
reporting and requisite planning for the disputes application.
(4) See Exhibit A within this Statement of Work for further details on the
project scope and assumptions.
