The candidate will need to work on SSAS configuration, development and
trouble-shooting.
S/he will participate in planning of development projects, participate in
enhancing processes for ETL design, source code control, integration
testing, defect management, database standardization and tuning.
The data services infrastructure is made up of SSAS, SSRS, SSIS,
Informatica, TSQL, Cognos 10, Shell/Perl scripts, and Siebel Analytics on
SQL Server clusters.
Required Skills:
5+ years of dimensional modeling experience and strong understanding of
Data Warehouse best practices
5+ years of experience in SSIS and Data Warehousing
Strong database experience (incl. SQL, tuning, etc.) on SQL Server
Practical and recent expertise on Shell scripting and 3rd generation
languages
