- CMS reporting
- SIP & H323 protocols
- PSTN SIP trunking

- Genesys IVR
- Avaya Experience Portal
- Avaya Callback Assist
- Avaya EMC or Multimedia contact centers
- Verint Impact 360 experience
- Verint DPA
- Unified Communications
