*6+ month contract*
*Job Description:*
· 12 - 14 years of hands-on QA experience on all STLC phases,
specifically on Test Automation building frameworks, scripts delivery based
on tools like Selenium, Ruby & Cucumber
· Thorough proficiency in working with tools and leading the
delivery using tools such as QTP, Selenium and Cucumber
· P&C Insurance Domain Knowledge with hands-on Test Automation
experience
· SQL experience in must, Test Reporting and Metrics
· Test Automation on Insurance Products – named Guidewire
· Should be able to work individually and be able to report to
Customer organization directly
· Strong knowledge on P&C Insurance systems and Products and
Payment and Claims Recovery
· Responsible for all the QA deliverables for Guidewire – Test
Automation and ensure the testing milestones are met
· Key responsibilities include Requirement Analysis, Test
strategy, planning and estimation, Test case design, Test execution (defect
management) and closure for all Test Automation deliverables
· Responsible for defining the Automation Test strategy at Program
level and enhance based on regular feedback mechanism from Project POC's.
· Prepare Test estimation for the Test Automation and review with
appropriate project stake holders at the right time
· Responsible for creating Automated test scripts/ test data for
the regression suites
· Provide Demo of Automated Test cases/Test data to Program
Leadership team
· Responsible for Automated Sanity testing and reporting upon build
deployment
· Perform Automated Test case execution & log defects
· Participate in defect triaging and provide data justification on
the defects
· Identify the Risk & work with Guidewire project POC's in defining
the mitigation appropriately
· Responsible to analyze existing automation framework/ propose the
new automation framework through a feasibility study
· Dynamically plan and track various tasks and milestones of the
project using MPP
· Interact with various customer stakeholders to execute the
project as per the plan
· Escalate to the right stakeholders appropriately to bring various
teams both internal and customer teams contribute to the project as per
plan
· Strong delivery management skills to manage a large program
involving multiple teams spanning horizontals, verticals and other vendor
teams.
· Strong organizational Skills & client orientation
· Must be able to work in a high-pressure team environment, handle
multiple tasks
· Strong analytical and project management skills required,
including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer situation
and handle the situation to meet project objectives
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability
to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and
subject matter experts
