Candidates must showcase hands on expertise during assessment
- Hands on (mandatory) experience with Java/JEE development (7 and above)
- Web development with Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Boot and other
important spring modules
- Creating web services using REST architecture, SOAP, JSON, XML and
strong in API design
- Designing and developing secure REST services is a core function of
this position
- Good understanding of IDE’s such as IDEA/Eclipse
- Good understanding of database, ORM (Hibernate/JPA and its integration
with Spring)
- Good understanding of security - authentication, authorization,
encryption, hashing etc.
- Knowledge of build (Maven, Gradle), version control (GIT)
- Knowledge of WebSphere application server (8.5 and above)
- Expertise in following strict TDD process and implementing unit testing
- Should have worked in an agile environment
