· Mainframe Technologies: Cobol, IMS DB DC, JCL
· Should have knowledge of SCEPTRE platform
· Should be a hands-on manager, but must be able to work without
losing sight of the big picture
· Prior experience in Project Management including leading a team
at onsite
· Have good amount of exposure in client handling at onsite
locations
· 8+ years of experience
· Leading a large team of technical experts in Mainframe and IMS
DB/DC
· Act as a Point of contact for customer team and liaise with the
Project Sponsor as required
· Communicate project progress to Project Sponsor(s) and Cognizant
leadership
· Responsible for ensuring delivery on commitments and ensuring
that the delivered solution fulfills the needs of the business
· Reviewing status and facilitating risk mitigation
· Coordinate project resource planning and utilization
