This person will be hands on coding as well as working with other developers on projects. The project is fixing the security as well as moving the database to the data layer and fixing bad security. They must be able to effectively manage as well as work directly with the business. They will not be doing any project support. The project they are working on is supporting the sales people. The 3 hierarchies are sales, quote hit and timeline.
