*Candidate must have banking experience and specifically looking for
experience with applications which provide electronic transfers.*
• 5+ years’ experience supporting applications in multi-tiered environments
using Microsoft OS’s, Linux, AD, DNS, SQL, and F5
• 5+ years’ experience supporting IIS applications utilizing load balancing
technologies
• 5+ years’ experience understanding and implementing security and access
controls on all supported applications
• 5+ years’ experience documenting/developing user guides for supported
applications
• Experience with Citrix and virtualized applications
• Experience with monitoring tools; SCOM, Blue Stripe, Dyna Trace, Nagios,
Splunk
• Experience with scripting tools; PowerShell, Bash, VBScript
• Experience working in a large enterprise environment and following SDLC
principles
Day to Day Job Duties:
• Analyze health checks and dashboards for critical applications before
business opens.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues that may come up for your
supported applications
• Provide administration support to SE teams for your supported applications
• Develop documentation for applications including architectural diagrams
and installation guides
• Perform deployments to QA and Production environments (after-hours),
including ServiceNow Requests and Change Orders that may be needed
• Set up and configure systems and application software on enterprise
servers
• Serve as an escalation point for issues not solved by Tier 1 resources
o Document and develop user guides for supported applications
o Implement security and access controls on all supported applications
