They will be doing a white boarding session during the face to face interview. The Lead MUST have cloud-based web services because of how different it is building & deploying services in the Cloud compared to Rest/SOAP. They just brought on a lead who worked at a number of start-ups who is running circles around everyone so this might be a good option to explore.
