· Strong Oracle HRMS and Payroll techno-functional experience in
EBS 11i or R12 (5+ years).
· Strong programming knowledge in PL/SQL and SQL.
. Proficient in PL/SQL Web application development.
. Experience developing XML and BI Publisher reports.
· Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning.
· Experience with standard HRMS and Payroll table interfaces and
APIs.
· Familiarity with Web Development languages (HTML, JSP, CSS).
· Comfortable reading and manipulating XML documents.
· Experience customizing Oracle Payroll components (element
creation, fast formula development, etc).
*Preferred:*
Experience developing in Oracle Forms (10g).
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware technology (BPEL, SOA, etc).
