Hands on configuration and development experience on Archer 5.5 or above.
Creating Data imports and data feeds.
Creating advanced workflows and notification structures.
*Must Haves: *
Implementation experience with Archer using the Issues Management/Incident
Management applications.
Key functions are to work with business teams to understand their
requirements, create a solution design document and implement the changes
in Archer.
Experience with integrating LDAP with Archer.
Strong analytical skills will be useful.
