My question is what kind of support SAP provides for the SAP DB database system.
I have already read the support opportunities on your website, but that isn’t clear for me.
When I would have a SAPDB database system without any SAP application, does the PREMIUM SUPPORT then means that I have to pay 600’000 Euro per CCC per year? And what is exactly a CCC? Which support Infrastructure I have access to? And what do I have to understand with Service level.
An other question I have is what the mandatory maintenance means? What can I except from that and what is the price?
