Edit DBD::ODBC's Makefile.PL to have $opts{LIBS} = "-lrt"
then recompile it directly against the SAP DB driver (skipping the
unixODBC driver manager) by setting the ODBCHOME variable to the
directory where you have it installed. Then submit that patch...
