I'm pretty sure I need to write a custom shipping module for this, but before I start I wanted to run my specifications by people to make sure.
I need to charge one amount for the first item and then add a smaller amount per item thereafter, and have different amounts for different countries. For example, shipping to Canada might be $10 for the first item plus $5 for each additional item. There would be no specified carrier.
