You mean that you want a signup form?  If so, just write a simple
boilerplate view to display & update the "NewsletterForm" from
satchmo_ext.newsletter.forms.  There is even a "save" function on the
form.

I have to interject here that this is a bad idea for a number of
reasons.  I don't like encouraging clients to manage their newsletter
subscribers themselves.  Managing newsletters is *much* better, safer,
and legally done by paying for a service such as Aweber or Constant
Contact.  I keep hoping some client will pay for me to make an
interface for one of these.
