I have mod_xsendfile installed with the XSendFile on and XSendAllowAbove on in my vhost definition for Apache, and I'm using Nginx as a proxy. When I try to download a downloadable product I get:
Firefox can't find the file at http://domain.com/shop/download/send/fc69e14e889d998e4cf2a1b57e3f442cefe6d5c9/. The file to download is in /site_media/protected.
