Lzantal, I recently did essentially what you want for a point of sale Satchmo install. I'm just totally flat out at the moment but I do plan to get the info up so that others can use it, just haven't had the time.
Basically I created a whole bunch of urls/views that operated under: / shop/pos Probably the most difficult part to work out was that by default Satchmo attaches the cart to the logged in user (which of course makes perfect sense for an online store) but for a POS or phone order you want to attach it to a newly created or existing customer (Contact), not the user that is logged in. I believe that this happens in: satchmo_store.shop.checkout.views.contact_info I replicated some of this functionality in my own view and modified it so that it can handle creating a new customer/modifying an existing one and ensuring that they are not attached to the logged in user. That and the UI probably took the bulk of the time but it was relatively simple. I'll try and get up my changes asap but the issue is they were highly customised to my clients environment (as in the UI was) so I will have to make it a little more friendly for consumption, theres quite a bit of jquery ui stuff happening which puts a lot of requirements on an install.
