Thanks for the reply, Arek.  I am using Authorize.net, not PayPal.  I guess
I just don't understand why Satchmo wouldn't wait to create an order object
until the order is completed being placed or at minimum payment information
confirmed.  However, the most confusing part for my client is that an order
is being created with no status whatsoever.  And adding/removing statuses
from Satchmo requires forking the source, which I have tried to stay away
from.
