Hi Chris, Tried running the clonesatchmo script, exactly the same error as above. I also have a known working Satchmo store from a friend, and I get the same error again, it's systematic. I checked my site-packages dir, and I have both plugins installed, or they are in that Dir.
In any case, there is something wrong with the live settings I'm guessing?
